Staff Kim Yuan at Challenger Sunplaza was really patient and went all out to assist me to get my iPhone 15. I was in a desperate need to change my iPhone as my phone crashed out of the sudden. As I have specifically wanted iPhone 15 in black/blue, Kim Yuan assisted me to contact various outlets to check for stocks and managed to quickly reserve one right on the spot at the nearest outlet Causeway point. During payment, as my credit cards were linked to my crashed iPhone, I was unable to increase my credit limit without an OTP. Kim Yuan was sincere and patiently waited for me to set up my cards into my boyfriend’s phone despite that it took out ALOT of his time as I have to reset all my boyfriend’s banking credentials and re-authorise it onto the phone before increasing the credit limit. He was really understanding and had specifically wrote clear instructions onto my receipt, stating who to look for at causeway point. A huge thank you to Kim Yuan for assisting me on the entire frustrating process of a sudden crash iPhone!!!

just got my new iphone 15 pro max from there and i must say the service was really top tier! the staff helped me throughout the whole process and clarified all my doubts. he was really friendly and patient. becus the model i wanted was sold out at this outlet, he even went an extra mile to help call another outlet to reserve the last one for me and i was able to collect the phone on that day itself!

If you can't find anything, just ask the sales folks walking around. If they don't have it here, they will let you know which stores has them. If it's really out of the way, you can request them to transfer over and you pick it up, roughly a week later at this store. That's the customer service, that's the spirit. I really love that. Upgraded my stars and review from years ago.
