I visited Kskin for the first time today, not expecting much. A colleague had recommended the place, and since I was experiencing a bad breakout, I decided to give it a try. Natalie was my specialist, and I was so impressed with her service. She made me feel at ease throughout the treatment, even sharing tips on how to improve my skin without pushing any products. Natalie took her time and made sure my skin was well taken care of, which I truly appreciated. I opted for the combo treatment, which included deep cleansing and brightening, and also purchased the acne spot treatment. Although it was a bit pricey, I noticed immediate results after Natalie applied it to my acne. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Kskin to others.

First time doing a facial, didn’t know what to expect but Angel was very kind to explain everything she was doing, why I had pimples and what my skin type is. She took time and effort to look at the ingredients in my skincare products and told me which are not suitable. Her explanation really made sense and she is very knowledgeable! Definitely will be back and will heed her advice to change up my skincare routine to suit my needs. Glad that I was able to meet her today.

Despite working alone and there were many customers before me, Natalie still greeted my child and I warmly, and patiently advice us on the correct treatment. She also explained to us what are the tweaks we need to make in my child's skincare routine in order to improve her forehead acne condition.

I have visited Kskin Whitesands twice, not as the direct consumer but accompanying my aunty for her facial. Both times, Natalie was her therapist. I concur with the other customers that Natalie is gentle, patient and professional, providing the great service to her customers. We felt at ease chatting with her.
