Handover was so much more detailed than we expected. Fazellah was very responsive to all our doubts and enquiries as first time employers. She ensures us that she will be with us throughout the journey even after we picked up our helper and we appreciate it. Glad our helper came before my delivery next month even though there was a delay with her arrival.
