I visited a couple of agencies and did not appreciate those that yelled at the domestic helpers in full view of everyone. I hired a helper through Homekeeper in the end. I was very sure I wanted someone from Indonesia but Zoe recommended one from Myanmar instead, feeling that she would be the right fit for my family. My new helper is more than I could ever ask for. Besides being capable with housekeeping and cooking, she also has a very pleasant personality and good attitude. Happy with my hire!
