Wanted to share my impeccable experiences (yes plural) with this agency. We had the pleasure to work with Kay over 3 occasions for 3 different needs families over the last 6years. Each engagement was heard, understood, thought threw, planned and executed like clockwork by Kay. She took the time to understand needs and peculiarities of each family and their needs before considering options for them. Each recommendation felt like a pairing session of the most suitable Reds with the respective cuts. We have to add that she has the memory of an elephant (in all good terms) and she can remember almost every single one of her placements and employees that have gone "through" her. She is even able to remember where most of them are. I'd strongly recommend this agency as they have indeed exceeded our expectations in our engagements. Adding a caveat here as many of us have very different sets of expectations. Thank you Gallant, thank you Kay.

5 stars is given to the agency because I feel that the agent Miss Kayy is very honest and efficient. I have been with Kayy for a good 10 years and she is always ready to render help. Everyone knows that hiring a helper is really by luck but knowing having a good agent to be there for us is very impt. Kayy will not abandon her customers and she’s ready to step in when her help is needed.
