He is very patient and able to advise the different qualities required to take care of the elderly. Even after 3 months, he followed up with texts to check if everything was alright. He even offered to teach the helper some Cantonese conversation when she was at the office before working for my mother in law. Great job Javier! I strongly recommend him to my friends
