Everything here is absolutely flawless! Definitely my top 3 Korean BBQ restaurant in Singapore. We booked a 7:30 pm reservation (a $20 deposit is required to avoid cancellations), and our table was ready right on time—impressive efficiency! For our meal, we ordered the UYB pork set, tofu soup, and truffle-mushrooms. A special thank-you to Chris for expertly handling the grilling—the meats were incredibly fresh, tender, and paired perfectly with the variety of sides, giving us a range of flavors to enjoy. The truffle mushrooms were uniquely delicious, and the tofu soup was so flavorful, unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere. I’ll definitely be returning with more friends soon!
Very good Korean BBQ, can say one of the best i had in Singapore. Ordered the BBQ small set to share with my wife and also ordered the beef bean paste soup. All the food is delicious and all the meat is BBQ by the staff. Will come again. Parking: A few street parking spaces are in the area but always full.
Fantastic experience at Um Yong Baek! The pork rice soup was exceptional, with an assortment of tender pork cuts that were cooked to perfection. The soup base, both clear and thick, was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The portions were generous and definitely great value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and hearty meal!
