Service from staff was extremely good. Especially the trainee. There seems to be an older group of customer that has trouble using the machine yet she was patient to guide them through despite having to deal with other orders.

Kai Ning was proactive in asking my drink preference. She was friendly and bubbly. Definitely will visit the store again. Thank you for your service.
