CI YUAN HAWKER CENTRE REVIEWS
Very clean and spacious place. Safe distancing measures well marked out. Tried the recommended traditional lor mee and I'm in agreement. Prices have differed from the food articles. 50¢ mark up, 5 satay become 3 satay. MHK was closed on a Saturday and I really wished I could try it. Not sure when I'll be back but the place reminded me of 128 Circle.
This is one of the most comfortable food center I've ever been to as it is very clean, very airy and does not feel warm on the many occasions I've been there. I m not sure why exactly but I can only put it down to likely due to the newer design and higher ceiling that allows for much better natural ventilation.
Wonderful atmosphere here, clean bright and breezy. Came with a friend for coffee and ideal place for meet up as it is not too noisy. Love it here. Ample basement parking and wheelchair accessible.

HOUGANG HAINANESE VILLAGE CENTRE REVIEWS
We have been enticed by a wide variety of food reminiscent of the good old days to be frequenting the hawker on the 2nd floor several times a week. That’s even though we are not even staying in Hougang! In addition, we have been buying both exotic & common vegetables, farm fresh mushrooms of all types from a specific stall located in the centre alley of the wet market. We have also been patronising a smaller flower stall located along the same alley as our favourite vegetable seller - to look out for an elderly aunty whose manning her flower stall. Her flowers seemed to last longer on our altar so we have been buying from her for the past 2 years. Food wise, there’s such a long list of favourites that we require time to compile and would upload once they are available! But please do visit during the mornings and preferably before 2pm because most of the food stalls only operate till lunchtime. Highly recommended place for those who crave for the ???? taste from our grandparents’ era!
A nice place to get all the authentic breakfast in Singapore. ? prawn noodle, chee cheong fun and pancake. White carrot cake, nasi lemak, mee siam, mee rebus, lor mee, bak chor mee and many other delicious food. Just open after renovation. Closed on Monday and Thursday.
Almost everything is nice. Special tribute to the Da Zhonghua coffee for it's aroma coffee and steamed bread. The hum chee pang and you tiao besides that coffee stall are A grade. The general quality of other food stalls are very good.

KOVAN 209 MARKET & FOOD CENTRE REVIEWS
This hawker is great for cheap food, has about 50 stalls, indian, malay, Chinese, dessert, western, rojak, kueh. as it is a hawker, cleanliness is good enough for hawker standards. There is a stall that sells 30 cents grass jelly and touhua drink. Coffee and teh for $1. The popular stalls are all with long q. They are not known for service, esp the popular stalls the aunties can be curt and short temper. Know what you want to order before your turn will help. Highly recommend!
There are a lot of varieties of foods in the market. There is a stall that sells egg rice with different sides like luncheon meat, shrimps, chicken cutlet, char siew, etc We had luncheon meat and chicken cutlet egg rice that costs $5 and $5.80 respectively. The cost is pretty reasonable and not to bad! It is next to the mixed rice stall on the 2nd row.
This food court offers local cuisine at reasonable prices, making it an excellent place to explore authentic flavors. Adjacent to it, there's a bustling local market, adding to the overall experience. Conveniently located right next to Kovan MRT station, it's easily accessible. Here's a tip: If you see a stall with a long queue, you can't go wrong with their food. Enjoy!
