Very out of my expectations! My favourite bracelet broken , I send for repair at Vivo branch , the SA Ms.Marsha very kind and friendly service , never bought anything with her before , but gave me five star service , she told me my bracelet still within 2yrs can change a brand new for me . Very surprised! Thanks Swarovski too !

Though the encounter with her was short, Marsha really left a lasting impression :) her service attitude was really 100/10 and was super nice! Thank you so much for the great service.
