This ramen caught me by surprise. I got the black tonkatsu soup ramen with added DX. The meat was so tender and soft which is unlike typical ramen chains where the pork is dry and tough. It really was the highlight of the whole dish. The noodles were very al dente and I like the soup that it’s not too salty with a hinge of garlic. I drank quite a bit of soup and got quite thirsty after but it was that good.

Noodles are a little on the salty side, try the black tonkatsu! We enjoyed this more than the shio ramen because of the garlic flavour :) Place is relatively new and quite clean, though food options may be less diverse than the usual food court

small ramen place serving authentic, delicious and wallet-friendly ramen. the karaage is juicy and flavourful as well as the crab cream croquette. my only gripe is that their location is quite a trek from my place but it's worth it.
