Very well-run mid-tier modern Japanese fusion restaurant in a neighbourhood mall, with an impressive menu and generous portions. Every dish was well-crafted and had outstanding flavour, with clever use of ingredients and contrasting taste profiles that activate your palate. There's something for everyone here, and you'll leave feeling very satisfied. Friendly and efficient staff even on a busy night. Ventilation could be better, but manageable.
Ordered the kurobuta don with premium set. Meat was braised then tender and succulent with good fat/lean ratio. If there was a single thing to note, then perhaps the salad was rather average. Other than that, everything else was absolutely delicious.
I was lucky that able to try the Japanese food in this restaurant after visiting my doctor. It refreshing! The food was great! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The vibe is great! Love it all!
