We were looking for a trustworthy ID with good workmenship. Through a friend's recommendation, we approached John from Neu Konceptz. After comparing a number of quotations and having interactions with different IDs, we decided to engage Neu Konceptz as our ID for our new place as we felt comfortable with John. John was very patient in listening to what we were looking for, and at the same time offered his professional views on how we could design our home to have a cosier feel.
