I was attended to by Sales Manager Ivan Su, a gentleman who speaks well, is easy-going and customer-centric. Unlike most designers who ask homeowners what they want, Ivan seeks to understand the underlying issues faced by homeowners instead and gave his recommendations with his proposed designs. The quotation provided by Ivan was very detailed and reasonable. If you have budget concerns, not to worry. Ivan is very understanding and is not a hard sell, and will give his suggestions that fit your budget. Revisions to the quotation due to additional or reduction of itemised works are unavoidable but Ivan will make sure they are all accounted for. For strong-headed homeowners like myself who have a specific design for your future home, you need a great project manager who can liaise with multiple stakeholders to get the work done. Ivan is certainly one of them. I was very impressed when Ivan provided me with a project management workflow schedule. That gave me additional assurance that the project would not be delayed. Throughout the renovation works, Ivan and his work partner - Sales Designer Jae Koah made multiple house visits and provided timely updates with pictures and findings in our whatsapp chat group to table various discussions.
