I worked with ID Ann Yeow for my 4-room BTO reno, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. At the showroom, she took the time to explain the carpentry and the materials used, which gave me confidence in the choices being made. She is knowledgeable. Ann was incredibly helpful, offering great advice when I had uncertainties during the discussion. She always delivered on my requests. Eg i wanted a pull out shelves wardrobe for my shawls, she able to do it. And even after the renovation was completed, she was quick to respond to my messages and was able to solve any issues that came up asap. Like my pipe i bought from Shoppe broke after a year ended up have to change to the one she gifted us which was better haha! Nice of her to cover the charge of her plumber service! Even managed to ask the plumber to come on the day itself to fix it. Ann managed to quote us within our budget. Just let her know ur budget and what kind of package u're looking for. She set the timeline pretty well too. I am glad we moved in to a new abode its been a year already! Thank you Ann.

We engaged My Reno Diary by chance, and it was after talking to n sourcing quotes from 3 other companies. They were very responsive and provided a quote fast. Daniel first served and was able to provide us with an affordable and practical quote. He was not pushy and could understand our needs as a family with young children. Lawrence, who has taken over the project and overseeing our renovations right now, is systematic and approachable. He stands out as someone who is polite and approachable and is very empathetic to our requests. At the same time, he is also knowledgeable about this craft and was able to give good recommendations and suggestions, whether it was about the type of lighting or colour/ design of tiles. He has good rapport with his contractors and gives us peace of mind when handling our reno process. We are eagerly looking forward to the project completion at the end of the year.
