Kudos to Ryan Wong and MyReno Diary My husband and I are delighted to share of our renovation experience with MyReno Diary. When we rang to enquire about quotation, Mr Ryan Wong addressed our needs quickly. Unlike most renovation companies who are only concerned about budget, Ryan was kind enough to to tailor make the quote according to our specific requirements. He was patient to listen to our ideas and more importantly, to help us meet our shift in deadline. Although the project involved many aspects and dynamics that had some changes along the way, Ryan was adaptable to our changes, without complaint or resistance. His helpfulness and competence assisted our planning extremely smooth. For instance, after confirming the on the wardrobe designs, at the last minute, we made some changes and he was able to accommodate to our revision. He provided us new amendments based on our needs. When we had delayed in selecting our tiles, he assisted us by running down to Hafary showroom and video called us in choosing the tiles and patiently explained the texture and dimensions of each material and that too reflected his professionalism and dedication. When we decided to postpone the selection, he maintained much composure and collectiveness although we couldn’t decide on the spot. Many times when we asked him to resolve occasional hiccups, he always lent his support and delivered on amendments effectively. We acknowledge that he tried his utmost best always in ensuring that we are satisfied with the end result, although he is constantly working on other projects simultaneously. His ability to compartmentalise his project work is simply outstanding. His style is not overbearing and he will offer valuable suggestions when the need arises. Also he respect our boundaries in terms of ideals and budget. Our meet ups and constant communication have indeed established the right fit of our dream home for us and our three grown up kids.
