Key Concept was the 4th ID firm that we met up with and we were thrilled with our decision to engage them as our ID. Special thanks to Shi Min for helping us achieve our dream home that is within our renovation budget. We were able to vibe with her from the start as she understood our preferences. She was as excited as us to make the 3D renders come to life. We were very impressed with her initial design and were immediately sold by the first render. She provided ideas and suggestions when we were fickle-minded and unable to make decisions. Most, if not all, of her suggestions turned out awesome. She was patient and not pushy too. There were some hiccups amidst the process but Shi Min was there to resolve them promptly. She is meticulous and provided updates frequently.
