Sin Ming Roti Prata

Never expected prata to be this was "light", the egg was nicely incorporated with lots of air such that the end product was puffy light on the inside with some crisp on the outside. The curry was good too, just the right amount of spice with a tad of sour. Will come again for sure!

An unassuming prata shop but one of the best prata I've had! Coin prata is a must order, love how crispy it is. Plain prata is flaky and egg prata is soft and pillowy. The fish curry here is so good. So flavourful and can get free refills. There's usually a queue, it's quite an okay queue, about 15 mins. Definitely coming again!

Easily one of the BEST Prata! Crispy on the outside, chewy on every bite. You have that balance of crispiness and the doughs chewiness. Everything is well cooked and left the pan at the right timing.
