I love the staffs here so much. The service is top tier. Before coming here, I was worried about the charging cable incompatibility and the staff immediately give me a suitable head for the cable. I appreciate that so much. Before I go, I asked for my boarding pass to be printed and they gladly did it for me. Everyday I interacted with the staff to leave my key card (to avoid loosing ot throughout the days, and they greet me with smile everyday). Just for the customer service, I give this a 5 star. The room is clean and everything is suitable for me to stay alone and maybe one other person. I had some trouble while booking and was solved so smoothly by the hotel. I loved it here.

For the price, I give it 5 stars! The staff are professional and polite. Location is accessible. Rooms are clean and tidy. Air-conditioning works well, had it turned off for the most part because it can get too cold! Though the comforter works really well to keep us warm at night. I literally have nothing bad to say. I'd recommend this to friends and family visiting Singapore who want a good quality budget hotel.

Singapore being a pretty expensive place it's not easy to find a hotel that's reasonably priced and clean. Ibis ruby checked all the boxes. Clean while being located few mins away from the city centre. Friendly staff at a reasonable rate. The rooms are small but as for the price paid it's reall worth it.
