Aloft Singapore Novena

Attended a wedding on 30 Nov and was greatly surprised by the initiative and sharpness of serving staff. Was baby carrying my baby during the dinner and the female staff with an oriental hair accessory serving the VIP table noticed and offered straw and fork to me. Such a small gesture but means a lot! Manager May(?) was also a great help to the banquet. Pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to hold a banquet here! :)

Aloft has a great service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and good maintained, looks like good management. The drinks on the bar are also very good. In the end Maga asked me how my stay was. He made my day with joking and being so polite. The hotel is a little away from the Centre, but they have a shuttle service and there is plenty of restaurants and shops around. I was enjoying my stay really much and would highly recommending this hotel. Be aware, they have two buildings, but don’t worry the staff will take good care of you.

Great hotel! We stayed there for almost a month. The staff quickly recognized that we were long term guest and did a great job! This is a big hotel, so expect crowds at times. ||||The pool and fitness center were fantastic, along with the great selection at breakfast. ||||Great job Aloft Singapore!
