TOA PAYOH SENSORY PARK
Since 2009
“Toa Payoh Sensory Park is designed to encourage visitors to explore the five senses of sight, smell, touch, sound and taste. This is an ideal destination for all ages and has facilities for everyone. The park features a playground, an exercise corner and a special garden zone. The park is now home to dozens of butterflies fluttering throughout the garden, bringing a welcome lightness that contrasts with the serenity of the park. Toa Payoh Sensory Park features vibrant play equipment, including curved telephone tubes that kids can use to talk to each other. At the entrance to the garden zone, visitors can try learning the sign language alphabet or appreciate a white ceramic sculpture titled "Connect" by Ahmad bin Abu Bakar, which encourages tactile interaction.”
