SAFRA Toa Payoh is the place where learning and fun come together. They are a one-stop learning center that provides children's education and music lessons, as well as services for their leaders and NSmen for personal development and life skills. The club organizes a wide array of family events and parties. They provide a host of activities, value-added programs, and membership opportunities for SAFRA members of their group. SAFRA membership is open to full-time National Servicemen and all operationally Ready NSmen.
