Grateful for the wonderful experience at outram polyclinic lab test on 18 Jul 9.15am today! Staff here are so helpful all the way! The medical technologist Gina Perilla was very skilful, efficient in drawing blood samples and also humorous!

First and second visit had very reasonable wait times, friendly staff, comparable if not better experience than private clinics or hospitals. Amazingly efficient registration and payment process. GPS are very accessible whether as walk-in or via appointment. Specialists appointment setting can be long depending on case involved which is generally the case for public healthcare. Overall, very good experience, even better than some private health institution services!

As someone experiencing Healthcare in another country, it was amazing to see how efficient and seamless the whole doctor seeing process was. Also, the price was so cheap. Like 10x cheaper than what I would pay normally
