been here for a year with appointment booked for follow up . It seems packed but with appointment, I don’t have to wait at all . The moment I get my queue number I could go in and see the doctor. Didn’t experience long waiting time before . Doctors are all experienced and friendly. They are very precise and take their time to explain to you the situation now without rushing and all.

I would like to thank the team doing the wound dressing in Outram Polyclinic - they spotted bad bacterial infection at the early onset which helped me to save my arm and do the surgery to clean up the infection quickly. Many thanks for great nurses and doctors in this polyclinic, much appreciate your work and professionalism!.

Nursing is such a demanding job but some nurses are simply outstanding and awesome when attending to patients. This particular nurse from Outram Polyclinic (Nurse Shalini) from Emergency Consultation Room 15, she is really an angel! She kept coming back to ensure that I am feeling ok while waiting for my turn. She made me feel proud of the high standards of Singapore’s nursing care!.
