I recently visited Raffles Medical Sembawang for a routine health check-up, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff greeted me warmly and assisted with my Records and paperwork quickly. The wait time was minimal, and I appreciated that they respected my appointment time. Dr. Chong Siew Yun was fantastic. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the Blood tests result they were recommending, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. I never felt rushed, and their professionalism and kindness really stood out. The nurse assist me and took my vitals and ECG was also very gentle and reassuring. The entire process was smooth, and I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great experience at Raffles Medical Sembawang. The staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the level of care is outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch medical services.
