Well organised and friendly staff. Needed to do a check up last minute and found Normanton nearby. I loved that you could book your appointment slot online and also register your details through their site which helps so much with wait time. When I got there I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and was called into the room to see the doctor within less than 5 mins. Really grateful to have found this clinic near my house. Big thank you to the staff at Normanton for the incredible service.

Came with my mom as she was unwell and was not well verse in English and was greeted by 2 counter staffs Norain and Yasmine, absolutely a pleasant and calm experience. My mom received a kind and professional treatment from the doctor as well, everything was straightforward and easy as we got through the prescriptions and all. They made my mom's whole situation much better. Thank you

Super friendly front staff and doctor. Had to do a complicated medical checkup for my exchange semester in China (blood, ECG, overall health check, vision etc.) They handled everything fast and professional, and referred me to a nearby imaging center for a chest xray. 10/10.
