I was at NUH recently and was pleasantly surprised to see non uniformed staff helping patients with the NUHS app. Through conversation, I realised that they were volunteers from corporate organisations. Kudos to these volunteers for volunteering. I’m sure that their corporate work would have floored them, yet they were all smiles when assisting the patients (some who showed total ignorance in app navigation). Keep up the good spirit and thank you for the amazing service.
