Alexandra Hospital

I came to fill a prescription for my father’s medicines and was absolutely impressed with the service!!! It’s like a 5-star hotel, except it was a hospital! From the staff whom I met at the entrance who gave me directions to the pharmacy; to the registration staff at the pharmacy; to the pharmacist who gave the medicines, and who told me to go ahead & pay while she photocopied the prescription & came to the cashier to return the prescription to me; to the cashier. Everyone was helpful, courteous & patient.

Very good experience at the ambulatory care and day surgery departments. The doctor was professional and good mannered while the nurses were very dedicated to patient care. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service provided by Dr Benjamin Quek and the team of nurses. Dr Ben was clear in explaining the procedures and situation. Nurses were attentive and gentle too. Bravo to the AH A&E team.
