Did my pre-departure PCR here, booked a slot and came in the morning of my slot (9+). Processed my registration fairly quickly and I was called in within 2 minutes of waiting. Swabber is patient, goes through what I will expect from the swab, and makes sure I am okay before proceeding to swab the other nostril. Very professional. Whole process from registration was less than 15 minutes, highly recommend.

Would like to commend Dr Soh Yu Da for his help in my helper 6ME submission. As there was an anomaly in my helper’s x ray result, he gave a referal letter addressed to TTSH for my helper to check for TB. Dr Soh was on medical leave but still took his time to reply us via emails and update us and seek extension for our helper 6ME . Thank you!

Would like to compliment the clinic staff at Minmed Whitesands. Came for a pre-departure Covid PCR swab test today. Was initially a bit apprehensive. However, the swab-test lady nurse was so patient and gentle with the swabbing. It was a breeze. So thankful to her.
