I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Krishna Priya and Care Manager Melissa for the care my mom received today. Since my mom doesn’t speak English well, it was especially comforting to see how well they communicated with her. Dr. Krishna Priya is an exceptional doctor—kind, professional, and truly cares for her patients. She knows how to handle the elderly with great compassion. Melissa is also incredibly kind and supportive, even learning Hokkien to communicate better with them. My mom is lucky to have such wonderful care! Thank you both for your outstanding service.

Good patient customer service. Good Ventilation. Toilet facilities all level & Lift. Vending Machines for drinks & sandwiches etc. Pharmacy shop. Weighing Machine/Height measurement for BMI Machine. Attentive Nurses. GOOD JOB TO ALL! Blessings.

I would like to commend Doctor Richard for his excellent attitude. He is meticulous, pleasant and has no airs. He speaks to me as though he is speaking with a friend.

I had my mammogram done on December. I would like to commend the officer Ms Saranya Sekar who attended to me. She was most polite and clear in her explanations, and very professional in the way she conducted herself. The radiographer was most meticulous and patient in taking the scans. Third class polyclinic engage an architect to build a 3 storey building with one small lift for the patients who are old and on wheelchair. All patients queuing up at the lift and nobody bothered. - Kevin Tan Reply
