Great gym with everything you need for a solid workout. The day pass is SGD 38, and the space is well-equipped with free weights, cable machines, cardio gear, plus clean showers and a proper changing area.
PT Marcus Tay is very experienced and always gives detailed guidance on how to do training effectively. I was very slim and my weight increased by 10kg within a year. Strongly suggest anyone interested to approach him!!.
Joined since last year and never regretted it ever since ! Had a great trainer ( Ria / Kim ) who knows what’s best for me respecting and achieving my fitness goal in good time.
