Love how every visit is so varied and the trainers - many thanks to Jun, Gerald, Lun, & Dickson - are there to instruct, guide, and spot to ensure an optimal, fulfilling (and exhausting!) 30 mins! PS: Really love the cool print on the tote bag given when you sign up :).

Good workouts. I can finish in 30mins to less than an hour so very time efficient. Perfect for busy working adults. First session, my legs felt like jelly. Second session, my arms felt like noodles... Good guidance from the trainers. 10/10 would continue with this gym.
