I've been training with Mark for a year, and the impact on my fitness and my tennis game has significantly improved. Mark is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate athletic performance specialist. He focuses on specific movements required for the sport, ensuring safety while constantly pushing me to achieve more. Every session is planned and focused. I always walk out feeling physically tired but accomplished. Working with him has been one of the best decisions I've made. If you are looking for a personal trainer or want to improve your sport, train with someone who truly cares about your success. It's the best investment you can make in yourself, your performance, and your long-term health.
Came to Trilogic Fitness to train for Hyrox and it’s been perfect! The gym has all the Hyrox equipment I need, and the trainers are super helpful with technique and workouts. It’s really central too , so getting here after work is easy. The vibe is friendly and motivating, and I feel like I’m actually making progress every session. Definitely one of the best gyms in Singapore for serious training.

I love that they offer flexible gym membership in Singapore — you can choose from day passes, 1-week passes, or 1-month memberships, which is perfect if you have a busy schedule or travel often. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe. Highly recommend.
I've trained with a lot of coaches over the years, and Mark is genuinely different. From the first session, he took time to understand where I was starting from my movement history, what I actually wanted, and what I didn't. The program he built felt like it was made for me, not pulled from a template. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every session is tracked. Every week there's a reason to push harder the weights go up, the reps go up, something progresses. It doesn't feel random. You can see the plan working. Mark holds a Master's in Exercise and Sports Science a qualification. Most PTs don't come close to that level of knowledge, and you feel it in how he programs and explains things. He doesn't just tell you what to do; he tells you why, and it makes sense. On top of that, he's genuinely fun to train with. Sessions don't feel like a chore. He's high-energy, easy to talk to, and somehow manages to make you want to go harder even when you're already gassed. That combination of personality and professionalism is rare.
