I have been to Oompf! on and off for a few years now. I have always found the trainers friendly and professional. You know very quickly that they only have your interests at heart. I make it a point to attend Shah’s fitness classes every Tuesday evening. I’ve got busy weeks but it’s a class that I don’t like to miss. Shah was a trainer to me but he’s now a friend, and I trust him.
Started taking lesson with Melissa here... enjoying it. The gym opens as early as 6 am, great for me to complete my exercise 1st thing early in the morning before work!.
Well equipped gym with fantastic and dedicated trainers ! Highly recommended.
