Genesis Gym Katong

I can’t recommend this gym enough! I used to experience fainting spells whenever I exerted myself, whether in the gym or outside during exercise. But thanks to the incredible owner, Jonathan Wong, and his magical touch in “fine-tuning” and balancing whatever was missing, I am now completely fine. Jonathan’s expertise has allowed me to push myself to the next level without any issues. Additionally, the knowledgeable gym coach is always ready to help and advise on the correct posture, ensuring that I stay injury-free. This gym has truly transformed my fitness journey, and I am grateful for their exceptional support and guidance.

Completed about 10 sessions with the gym and I have to say I am so happy with them. The trainers motivate and guide you and are always on the feet checking on your posture and pushing you to the next level. Big shout out to Ivan, Emily, Felicia and other trainers who have simply made my gym sessions so enjoyable. Look forward to more great sessions.

Jen and his great bunch of trainers at Genesis Gym Katong are great work out buddies and trainers! The programming is deveptively simple but definitely very effective as I’ve never been this strong in my life! Their training methodology is also very suited for persons like me with multiple existing injuries as they are very careful with proper form, not pushing beyong your own limites but also ensuring incremental improvement for each session! Highly recommended and recommend your friends too! You get free sessions for each friend you recommend!.
