My first experience in gym and Iām glad that i join F45 at downtown east, the coaches are amazing. Especially coach Rafiq, he always pay attention to all the members and make sure everyone make the best out of each of the training session. The vibes and community in the gym is very good, very encouraging and iām enjoy every session.
