Almost a year with F45 Changi Business Park and the community is simply the best. The gym goers are a fun crowd; the coaches are so motivating. Every month there's something fun and interesting going on. Best part is you actually see results from working out, discipline and consistency is the key! Sign me up for another year yeaah.

Finishing my 6th month here in this studio and enjoyed every time I worked out here. This place is where I transformed physically and met amazing and always motivating trainers here. A great community to join in and a place I always looking forward to come and push myself physically!!.

Great place to workout with amazing trainers. Was a newbie to workouts. All the trainers made sure that I’m doing the forms right and encouraging throughout the sessions. Vanessa is highly motivating in achieving my fitness goals. Recommend this place to everyone.
