Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a gym that would safely push you to your point of fatigue. I've been attending for 10 sessions so far and I can say I have yet to complete a single full workout But I'm all the better for it and I definitely feel stronger and fitter now!.
Best studio! Trainers are super professional and encouraging, members are friendly and kind too. Tough workout but all rounds good atmosphere, highly recommend! .
