Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a gym that would safely push you to your point of fatigue. I've been attending for 10 sessions so far and I can say I have yet to complete a single full workout But I'm all the better for it and I definitely feel stronger and fitter now!.
Awesome classes conducted by the extremer team. Enjoyed my workout and friends made here.
Best studio! Trainers are super professional and encouraging, members are friendly and kind too. Tough workout but all rounds good atmosphere, highly recommend! :).
