Absolutely over the moon with my custom dining table and chairs from Second Charm. From beginning to end it felt very smooth. I first visited the showroom in July and was helped by an employee and given a quote for a dining table with and without the marble top. Came back 2 weeks later to make the order. I knew from the website that delivery could take many weeks and initially, the delivery was due around 1st October. However the dining table (not the chairs) was ready 2 weeks later end of July and arranging delivery was very easy and Second Charm were able to accommodate around my condo’s accepted delivery hours. Shoutout to Khadeejah for fab communication and keeping me posted! Then my dining chairs were ready early September. So everything came earlier than expected! Delivery was smooth and on time and very professional. I’m extremely happy with the service and so far, I’m loving my dining set.

We purchased a custom TV console from there and it turned out even better than expected. Great quality furniture, and you can work with the friendly staff to customize pieces to suit your own aesthetic and functional requirements - we even got a nice schematic with proposed dimensions and designs, which was a nice touch. Overall a great experience.

Super friendly and helpful with all my questions and requests. Really recommend visiting the big Showroom with lots of natural light ideal to pick some unique new pieces for your house!
