The quality of the sofa exceeded my expectations, especially considering the multiple custom requests I had, including downsizing the sofa to fit my living space perfectly. The final result fits beautifully and complements our home very well! A special thank you to MX and JY for going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They were patient and attentive throughout the process, taking the time to showcase different options, explain the details clearly, and work closely to ensure the custom sizing and adjustments met our needs. Their professionalism and dedication really gave me confidence in the product and the brand. I’d also like to commend the installers, Uddin and Saju. Good value furniture and great design selections. Although the new showroom was small, i could find stuff i liked after visiting a few other stores. Professional and prompt service by Lynn from the sales team, Saju and Kobir from logistics.
