I love the shopping experience and after-sales service of the King Living Team. Special shout out to Yvonne who has been very kind and patient in attending to all my queries ever since my 1st visit to the showroom. The after sales service duo, Ravi and Smith, were professional, nice and prompt in their follow up as well. Once again, thank you all for all the great help! We bought 2 sofas from King Ling, the Delta ||| & Max. They are good, comfortable and quality sofas. Especially the Max series which have deep seats which we placed in our TV room, the feeling of sinking into the sofa and enjoying your shows is exactly what we envisioned it to be. I purchased a sofa a couple of years ago.. very satisfied with the after-sales service support. The service team came today to help check and troubleshoot on our sofa mechanism. They were very patient and also took time to double check and ensure the sofa is back to good working condition before leaving. Highly recommend this brand for quality sofas and good after sales support.

My recliner sofa was faulty. Smith and Rahim from the service team were fast and efficient in troubleshooting the issue and the recliner was working again in no time. Friendly, polite and professional service team.
