My dad passed away overseas. It was a truly harrowing experience start-to-end because we were not able to obtain the death certificate from overseas. But the Serenity team really helped make the entire process a lot easier. They truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. For example, upon knowing we were not able to get a void deck due to the lack of a death certificate, the Serenity team called the Town Council to liaise with them, and provided next steps as well. We had extra special requests and they were very accommodating. A great big thank you to Nicole, Eugene, Merson and the rest of the Serenity team. The funeral set-up was beautiful, and we are so so so grateful for the compassion and professionalism that the team showed.

Serenity organized the whole funeral activities with excellence. Supported us well with delightful touches that were very meaningful to the family at this time. Activities planned were well thought out. were not pushy but helped us to only focus on what was essential and required. Staff especially Jessy and Jacky were quietly present to ensure things went smoothly. Can sense that they are truly service oriented and empathetic of the family.
