Mobile accessories have quite full range as compare to other shop down the street. Selling price reasonable and has a lot of explanation on things that I’m not sure about it on. Staff is not hard selling to me and helped me gain a lot new knowledge on my iPhone. Good

Very friendly and helpful staff on collection of Shopee items. As the staff need to attend to the shop with ppl buying their handphone and accessories, they will tell you politely and will wait for collection. Otherwise I will go shop around then head back to the shop for collection of Shopee items

Probably the best shop along the whole stretch. Other phone shops along the mall really need improvement.

Really great service by the team. They even offered laptop rental(case by case basis) for my urgent use when my personal laptop was under repair with them. I was given consistent updates with regards to the status of my device as well! Really felt safe relying on pronto arigato to repair my laptop.
