I like to acknowledge funeral director Mr Sim for organising the funeral for my late mother. He is patient in explaining through every details and also guide us through all the rituals. The rest of the Direct staff are also very professional and respectful. They might not be the cheapest in the market but one thing for sure, their pricing is transparent and they will not mark up items or asked you to buy stuff that are not necessary. I am glad to have Mr Sim and the rest of Direct Staff to help send my mum off. I am sure she would be pleased with their services too. Once again, thank you Mr Sim.

Kudos to Victor and team. Thank you so much for your great service and hospitality. My grandmother’s wake couldn’t have been any better. Would highly recommend DFS to anyone who is looking for fuss free, one stop shop for funeral services.
