Came for dinner, this is a unique gem in AMK. First look you may find the staples sold here for popah, rojak, kweh pie tee and tofu goreng. On the menu, you will find "platter" which you can combine different add-ons. I has 3 add-ons for their Cracking Pork. Xavier prefers to have this done from scratch. The cooking process is more than an hour. So Xavier reccomends making pre-order to reduce the waiting time.. This crackling pork is unlike usual roasted pork from Cantonese origin or German or Philippines. It is well seasoned pork belly but is a little on the saltier side for my liking. The skin is thin, crispy and light. I feel if I leave it long enough in the mouth it may melt away like a wafer. The fat bits is there and will melt away, but I guessed due to the cooking process there isn't much in each piece or maybe the piece that was served is a leaner cut? The meat bits at the end is flavourful and crisp. Will come back to try other dishes.

One of my favourite hangout place. The bbq chicken wings are delicious and well-marinated. You need to try their chilli sauce which taste awesome! Affordable price and worth coming back for more!
