Superb customer service, will definitely make a repeat purchase here! Very swift and helpful responses to my queries and they were so kind to accommodate my customisation requests. They went the extra mile to think of innovative solutions to ensure that my bouquet is delivered to the recipient as a surprise (instead of self-collection at the concierge) -- all happened whilst I was uncontactable at work for an hour. A regular florist shop would have forfeited the delivery but not Giftflorist2000, thank you so much! Of course, the bouquet was lovely!

Love the purchase from giftsflorist! Pretty and affordable. Friendly and prompt response from the seller. A little hard to locate the shophouse. Shophouse is facing the carpark, not the main road. so do take note!
