KFC ChinaTown Point

Visited the KFC China Point Town yesterday. There was in total 2 staff working, one uncle and one aunty. The uncle took his job seriously and took the effort to make sure everyone checked in. He was kind enough to recommend to another table which was more comfortable. His singing was also very pleasant to the ears and made my experience eating there an enjoyable one. The aunty (cashier) was fairly adequate too. She made the effort to shout to the back of the kitchen the order to make sure none of it is left out. When my order was wrong, she was quick to resolve it and even bothered to call me when it was ready. Overall, I am very satisfied with this outlet as they made me feel at home. The uncle even said thank you see you again! Very kind and friendly man. Thank you staff at China Point Town KFC!

You ask me, have any change.Just change is no need to check in and check out and order already can dine in or take away but finish your meal must wear the face mask.The KFC Mananger and KFC staff have still continue wear the face mask.

Served by a wonderful staff by kfc on friday night (26 mar 21). Though they ran out of crispy chicken, he was apologetic and professional. He explained that they were making a new batch and gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take to be ready. Heeven remembered that the i wanted wing and drum instead of the order captured on the receipt. It was very full and there were many online orders to serve but he was professional and called us over when he noticed us waiting to the side. Hats off to him.
