I had the pleasure of visiting KFC at Bukit Panjang Plaza to redeem my voucher, but unfortunately, my apps kept crashing after the recent update. I was quite panicked and unsure what to do, but thankfully, Mr. Con Roy came to the rescue. He handled the situation with such professionalism and calm, patiently guiding us through an alternative method using the website. What truly stood out was his warm and welcoming attitude. Their lemon tea tastes like coke and gave me a spicy chicken instead of original and my other order one chicken Soo small compared to the other
