Great customer service at the coffee beans and tea leaves Rail Mall. I must highlight that Nadia made my patronage there warm and comfortable. I really appreciate her hospitality and warmth. She was excellent, bright and cheerful and would make sure my orders came to my table hot. The staff prepared my pasta well, it was delicious with very nice warm camomile tea that made me relax instantly. I was also served hot water by the staff to add to my tea, so constantly, my tea was warm and soothing. Nice cool place to chill and yes! I would definitely come again.

Friendly staff and good service the many times I have been here. The environment is pleasant when there is less crowd. The air con near the door can be cold (try to get seated more inside if you get cold quite easily). Also, remember to bring your own tumbler to get a $1 discount on your drinks.

The atmosphere at the outlet at Rail Mall was really great and the drinks and food served were fresh and presented well. Nadia's service was especially timely as she served complimentary cups of warm water during the rainy period and the outlet was cold. Her attentiveness to customers' needs makes the experience there a warm one.

Great place to have afternoon tea in a quiet and relax ambience. The Pork chop sandwich is fantastic, the kaya butter toast is deliciously toast to crispness with butter oozing out. Parking used to be free.

Cool place for a short gathering and meal with your loved ones. Coffee is nice and lots of choices. Generally local snak and dishes. Cool design and theme to the location.

A place for good breakfast at quite a exclusive location. Nice coffee, egg toast, noodles, etc. great place to have a nice set of breakfast.
