The seating area has a different setting from the usual bright KFC branches where it is of a darker lighting. There's table and bench seating, a line of high chair seating and the usual seating that you can choose from. 2 self service kiosks and 1 manned counter. Service is fast.

Kudos to the indian young lady staff on 2aug 2021 ard 8pm. Was observing the staff work while nothing to do waiting for my food. U can tell she took great care to pack properly and even centralize the drink cup in bag before tying for u, so it wont spill. Appreciate it!

KFC Hillion has always performed far above par in service. One Sunday a few months ago I was having a horrid day, and it was this note in my takeaway box that saved my day. Whoever thought to write this, thank you. I have laminated the note and pasted it on my computer as a reminder to keep going. Note: This review is based on an older visit. Of all QSR burger joints, Burger King still stands out as exception for good quality burgers and fries at good value for money. Much better than McDonald's, MOS burger, for sure. Good quality 5" buns, thick cut fries..all great tasting.

Very nice beef burger and the taste of the beef is very good. But prepare for the wait. Their serving is quite slow if considering it as a fast food restaurant.

The place are clean and the setving staff are very responsive and polite. One of the staff ask to confirm the food to be packed for takeaway as we have ordered both eat in and takeaway. The unassuming attitude certainly prevent misunderstanding and increase the accuracy of the order.
