The website for booking of badminton courts has lots of technical problems recently. There was an occasion where payments had been successful but my friend and I were told a few days later that our bookings weren't registered due to some technical problems. We were then told to re-book again if we want the courts by which time the courts were already booked by others. On another occasion the website kept hanging and didn't respond when the selected time were clicked and it remained this way despite the numerous attempts made. We then had to leave and re-enter the website several times before booking can finally be made. These problems had made the booking process very frustrating and time waisting.
