Everything seems to be ok for now. Your technician was very pleasant and seemed to know what to look for. He uncovered the loose connections issue in the DB. He also offer to fix a loose socket facia I pointed out. He didn’t have to but took the time to do it. I will monitor and let you know if any follow up is needed
The technician was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us to trouble shoot the lightning issue which was apparently just a faulty switch problem. Issue was fixed quickly and with care.
